  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons aloe vera gel
  • 1 green tea bag
  • 1 tablespoon plain yoghurt (optional for extra hydration)
  • A few drops of essential oil (like lavender or peppermint, optional for added relaxation)


  1. Prepare the Green Tea: Steep the green tea bag in hot water for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag and let the tea cool completely.

  2. Blend the Cucumber: Peel and chop the cucumber. Place it in a blender and blend until you get a smooth paste.

  3. Mix the Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the cucumber paste, aloe vera gel, and 2 tablespoons of the cooled green tea. If using, add the yoghurt and a few drops of your chosen essential oil. Mix well until you have a smooth, consistent mask.

  4. Apply the Mask: Cleanse your face to remove any dirt or makeup. Apply the mask evenly over your face, avoiding the eye area.

  3. Transfer to Spray Bottle: Pour the mixture into a small spray bottle. Shake well to combine all ingredients.

  4. Use Throughout the Day: Keep the spray bottle in your bag and spritz your face whenever you need a quick refresh. Close your eyes, hold the bottle a few inches from your face, and mist lightly.
